My name is Joseph Urban. I started my harp career in 1988. I am a Master Harp Technician and an
Authorized Member of Lyon & Healy/Salvi Technicians Guild, Certified to perform warranty work on Lyon
Healy and Salvi instruments. In 2007, Having over 18 years of factory experience from "W&W Venus
Harps" and "Lyon & Healy Harps" companies where I worked as Final Assembler, Master Harp Regulator
and Road Service Technician I have decided to go independent to serve the harp communities throughout
the country. With this kind of "hands-on" experience and expertise I can offer you the highest standards in
harp care and maintenance, and a peace of mind knowing your instrument is being cared for by a true
harp maintenance professional. I regulate all makes and models of Pedal and Lever harps.
